Welcome to Family Tree Dentistry. We pride ourselves on offering top-quality dental care with the utmost comfort and heart. We realize many people have anxiety when it comes to the dentist chair, so please share your concerns and fears, and know that we will extend every effort to ease your nerves while providing you superb care. 

We want your first visit - and all visits thereafter - to be a comfortable, relaxing, and a satisfying experience. During your initial visit, we will review your medical and dental history, take x-rays, and examine and clean your teeth. This visit can take up to 90 minutes to complete. Based on your information and x-rays, Dr. Barker will then talk with you about a treatment plan that best meets your needs and goals.

Please remember to bring these two items:

• Completed patient information form
• Insurance card

Regular six-month checkups are an integral part of keeping you and your smile healthy.

According to the American Dental Association you should have regular dental checkups and teeth cleanings every six months to maintain healthy teeth and gums.

An average appointment can range between 45 and 90 minutes, so don’t forget to consider this when scheduling an appointment. We know you’re busy, too.
